Photo Fury

Photo Fury is the photo version of a name-picker: load in pictures — of students, leaders, prizes, anything — hit spin, and photos flash across the screen until one lands big for the reveal.

Building Your Photo Pool

Create a new Photo Fury document from the Feature Library, then drag photos from Finder into the list (a whole batch at once works) or click Add Item. Photos are automatically compressed for smooth playback, so drop in originals without worrying about file size.

Each photo can have:

  • A Name — shown with the winning photo if you turn on Show Image Titles.
  • A Win Probability — from “Most Likely to Win” to “Never Win,” so you can quietly tilt the odds.

Use the eye toggles to bench photos without deleting them, and Select for bulk removal. Display Options sets a Title Graphic and Background.

Playing

  1. Click Spin (or Spacebar) — photos cycle rapidly on screen.
  2. Click Stop (Spacebar again) — one photo lands, displayed large.
  3. Clear resets for the next round.

The Next Winner panel shows a thumbnail of who’s about to win — hide it, shuffle it, or preselect someone. Play options: Show Title, Show Instructions, Play Sounds, Show Image Titles, Show Next Winner, and Hide Last Item so no photo wins twice (with the orange restore button to bring everyone back).

Tips

  • Seeing your own face flash by on the big screen is half the game — a pool of student photos turns a simple drawing into an event.
  • Name every photo and turn on Show Image Titles so there’s zero confusion about who won.
  • Don’t confuse it with Pixelate, the other photo game — Photo Fury picks a photo at random; Pixelate makes the room guess what a hidden photo is.
