A presentation is your program’s run sheet: slides, songs, games, and live features arranged in order, so on the night you just step through it. Presentations live in the PRESENTATION LIBRARY section at the top of the left sidebar.

Creating a Presentation

- Click the + button in the PRESENTATION LIBRARY header and choose New Presentation.
- Double-click the title at the top to name it (say, “Wednesday Night — Week 3”).
- Start adding content (see below).
Use New Folder from the same menu to group presentations — by series, by semester, whatever fits. Drag a presentation onto a folder to file it. Deleting a folder never deletes the presentations inside; they just move back to the top level.
Building Your Lineup
A presentation is organized into sections (like “Pre-Service,” “Games,” “Message”), each holding items — the actual documents that go on screen.
- Add Section — Click the button at the bottom of the editor.
- Add items — Drag documents straight from the Feature Library onto the timeline, or use a section’s add button to open the Add Feature to Section picker, searchable and filterable by feature.
- New Document — Creates a fresh Slides document right from the presentation editor.
- Reorder — Drag items and sections wherever you want them.
- Right-click an item for Rename, Move to Section, or Remove from Presentation. Removing an item never deletes the original document from your library.
Tip: dropping one item directly on top of another combines them into a single slides document with the game embedded — handy for weaving a game into a message.
Running It

Click Start Presentation (or right-click the presentation in the sidebar and choose it). Use Cmd+Right and Cmd+Left to step between items during the show — each item’s feature takes over the display as you reach it.
Organizing Your Library
- Sort — Use the sort menu in the PRESENTATION LIBRARY header: Recently Updated, Title, Date Created, or Manual (which lets you drag presentations into your own order).
- Duplicate — Right-click → Duplicate Presentation to reuse last week’s structure.
- Search — The search field above every list filters by name
- Delete — Right-click → Delete, with a confirmation. To clean up in bulk, use the Select button, choose multiple items, and delete them together.
One thing to know: items in a presentation are references to your library documents. If you delete the original document, it shows as “(Deleted)” in the presentation timeline — so export a presentation (right-click → Export Presentation) before pruning your library aggressively.
